This qualification represents the position of entry-level community service workers who offer person-centred support to individuals. Their responsibilities may encompass day-to-day assistance for individuals within community settings or aiding in the execution of targeted community-based programs.
At this stage, their work is conducted under the guidance and supervision of others, which can be either direct or indirect. Their role may be situated within a variety of community service organisations.
